Account, image generation, credits and billing terms for ChatGPT Image 2.5
These Terms govern your use of the Image 2.5 service at image2-5.net (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing credits or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Contact us at support@image2-5.net or through the contact page.
Image 2.5 is an independent service and is not affiliated with OpenAI. Model availability depends on our third-party providers.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Image generation requires an account with a verified email address and enough available credits. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Image generation and your content
The Service currently offers GPT Images 2.5 Sunburst, GPT Images 2.5 Flare and GPT Image 2 for text-to-image generation and reference-image editing. You must have the right to submit any prompts and images you upload. Do not submit unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, impersonate people deceptively, or attempt to misuse the Service.
You retain any rights you have in your prompts and uploaded images. You permit us and the model provider to process them as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI results may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other results. Review them, including any intellectual-property or personality-rights issues, before publishing or using them commercially. We do not promise exclusive rights to generated output or a particular result.
If you choose Public Visibility, a generated image can be accessed by people who have its link. Choose the private setting for images you do not want to share.
Prices and credits
All prices below are in US dollars (USD). The amount charged, currency and any applicable taxes are shown in Stripe Checkout before you pay. Our Pricing page shows the current offers.

An annual subscription pays for 12 months at once; its credits are not deposited all at once. We issue the same monthly amount at the start of each monthly credit window. Unused subscription credits expire when that window ends and do not roll over, including on annual plans. Over 12 windows, the maximum issued is 7,200, 18,000 or 48,000 credits respectively.
You can also make a one-time purchase of 600 credits for $30, 2,000 for $80, or 6,000 for $200. A credit pack does not create a subscription, does not auto-renew and expires 12 months after purchase. Pack credits and subscription credits can be used with all three supported models. We do not currently offer a free credit allowance or free image generation.
Each requested image uses a fixed number of credits: Flare 3, GPT Image 2 6, or Sunburst 12. The required total is shown before you submit. Credits are deducted for a successful generation; if a request fails, reserved credits are restored. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are subject to the Refund Policy. Browser-based image tools advertised as “in development” are not yet included in a paid plan.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their billing period unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account’s billing page and Stripe’s customer portal. The portal confirms when cancellation takes effect; canceling future renewal does not itself refund a completed payment. If a payment fails, access to subscription benefits may be interrupted until payment succeeds. We will show any price change before it applies to a future purchase or renewal, as required by applicable law.
Refunds and service problems
Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund and what happens to credits after a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a generation fails, contact us with the relevant account and transaction details so we can investigate.
Availability and changes
We may update models, limits and features to maintain or improve the Service. We do not guarantee continuous availability or a specific generation time or output. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with a new effective date; where required, we will provide additional notice. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase.
